If you are a non believer comparing social; media today with the 2000 dot.com bubble burst,  here some numbers that helps put things in perspective :

To reach, the 50 million users mark,

  • Radio took 38 years
  • TV took 13 years
  • Internet took 4 years
  • Facebook took less than 6 months
