The Extended DISC® Personal Analysis to identify individual behavioral style

Your success in life – both professional and personal – is determined in a very large part by how well you interact with other people.  Your ability to effectively relate, communicate, influence and motivate others is a crucial skill in creating successful relationships with customers, prospects, colleagues, subordinates, managers, friends and family members.

The Extended DISC® Personal Analysis will provide you with the map to more successful interactions with others.  You will learn:

  1. The four main human behavioral styles.
  2. Who you are and how others perceive you.
  3. How to read other people and better understand them.
  4. How to adjust your communication style to achieve your goals.

Anne  has been trained to use  the Extended DISC® Systems to provide  information about individuals; their behavioral style, strengths, development areas, skills, opinions, perceptions and expectations.

The extended DISC method is based on the four main styles defined by Carl Jung, identifying if people are more :
1-People or Task Oriented
2-Reserved or Active (also mentionned as Introvert-Extrovert)

The resulting four styles are:
D-style-(Dominance)
I-Style-(Influence)
S-Style-(Steadiness)
C-Style-(Correctness)

The results of the tests can be discussed with the coach for defining:

  • Individual development
  • Leadership development
  • Team development
  • Trainings

Anne thinks that focusing on your strengths and natural way of thinking, feeling and behaving   allows you to  utilize your positive energy more effectively, reducing the time to build new skills and therefore develop your potential and performance more easily by working with the flow.  Anne is using the book  written by Tom Rath: Strengths Finder 2.0 providing your personal access code to take the online test and discover your top 5 talents.  She is also using various personalized self-assessment tools.
