The extended DISC method is based on the four main styles defined by Carl Jung, identifying if people are more :

2-Reserved or Active (also mentionned as Introvert-Extrovert)
The resulting four styles are:
D-style-(Dominance)
I-Style-(Influence)
S-Style-(Steadiness)
C-Style-(Correctness)
